To October 11, 2022, after more than three months hard work, the onsite installation of the EHS system has been successfully completed by our technicians of the EUT team in ITER, France.

       In the whole process of installation and debugging, the team members should not only complete the inspection and installation of each component carefully in technology, but also fully coordinate the personnel of all departments on site and strengthen cooperation to complete the whole process safely and efficiently. EHS system is a special operating platform with three degrees of freedom for automatic rotation and turnover of large diameter and strong field electromagnetic compatibility test. During debugging, in order to ensure that the specimen can be tested in all directions of magnetic field, workers need to make the specimen complete two vertical and horizontal directions of two degrees of freedom of rotation and one degree of freedom of linear motion. At the same time, in the final test, the bearing capacity of the component under test is 200kg, the maximum size < 1m x 1m x 1m.

       The equipment is customized with a total size of 8mX3mx4m. The whole equipment can complete the rotation of fixed workpiece in 6 directions. With the joint efforts of our company, the operation in the process of installation and debugging is smooth and accurate. The successful completion of this installation work provides a solid foundation for the next SMF overall system test!
